Position: Production Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to oversee our shift production operations. You’ll guarantee that
manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

Location: Lake Wales, Florida.

Contract Type: Permanent

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr + $0.75 shift differential (after 3 months: $21.50/hr + $0.75 shift differential, totaling $22.25/hr)

Key Responsibilities

• Set daily objectives and communicate them to employees as directed by the Assistant Plant Manager or Plant
  Manager.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedule.
• Oversee, coach and mentor team members.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Train new employees in safe use of machinery and follow procedures.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
